Anti-Poverty Week (APW) in Australia is an annual event aimed at raising awareness of the causes and impacts of poverty nationwide.

The Australian Churches Refugee Taskforce (ACRT) has developed this Resource Kit to support your involvement in APW 2024.

The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia

Celebrating 100 Years of the Greek Orthodox Church in Australia.

As part of the celebrations, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will be visiting Australia from October 4 to 19 October 2024. 

NCCA prays for the Archdiocese, Archbishop Makarios, and the Greek Orthodox community as they mark this special occasion.

Week of Prayer for Christian Unity 2025

In Australia, we mark the week between Ascension and Pentecost: 1-8 June 2025.

The Reflections and Prayers for the eight days comprise ‘A Journey through the Nicene Creed’.
